03 Pricing & Availability Tips
Keep your calendar updated to avoid double bookings, and review nearby listings in your city to price competitively. Consider seasonal pricing around Gujarat festivals and long weekends when demand is high.
04 Managing Bookings
Respond to booking requests and Guest messages promptly. Fast response times and clear communication improve your listing's ranking and help you earn repeat Guests.
05 Payouts
Payouts are released after Guest check-in, straight to your linked bank account. You can track upcoming and past payouts from your Owner Dashboard.
06 Host Support
- Refer a Host and earn rewards when they complete their first booking.
- Find a Co-host to help manage your property if you can't be there in person.
