01 Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Gruvora Living concerning your access to and use of the gruvora.com website and any related services (the "Platform"). By accessing the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

02 Our Services

Gruvora Living provides an online hotel reservation marketplace that enables hotel partners and hoteliers ("Hotel Partners") to publish their hotels and rooms, and allows users ("Guests") to discover, book, and review hotels.

03 User Responsibilities

As a user of our platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Not use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Respect hotel house rules, room policies, check-in/out times, and hotel premises conditions.
• Not harass, threaten, or abuse Hosts, hotel staff, or other users.

04 Hotel Partner Responsibilities

If you list a hotel or room accommodation on Gruvora Living, you are responsible for:

• Ensuring you have the valid licenses, registrations, and legal authority to operate and offer hotel room bookings.
• Providing accurate room photos, descriptions, amenities, and tariffs.
• Maintaining clean, sanitized, comfortable, and safe hotel rooms and hospitality standards for Guests.
• Complying with local laws, municipal regulations, and tax requirements in Gujarat.

05 Payments & Fees

Gruvora Living may charge service fees for the use of our platform. Guests agree to pay the total fees for any booking requested. Hosts agree to pay any applicable commission or service fees deducted from their payout.

06 Cancellations

Cancellations by Guests or Hosts are governed by the specific Refund & Cancellation Policy displayed at the time of booking. Repeated cancellations by a Host may lead to account suspension.

07 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gruvora Living shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or hotel property damage, resulting from your use of our platform or any bookings made through it.

08 Termination & Account Deletion

1. User-Initiated Account Termination & Deletion: You may terminate these Terms and delete your Gruvora Living account at any time by accessing your Profile settings or by emailing [email protected]. Upon verification, your account will be closed and your personal data handled according to our Privacy Policy and DPDP Act Section 12 guidelines.

2. Platform-Initiated Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and block access to our platform if you violate these Terms, our Hotel Quality Guidelines, or any applicable laws.
