01 Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Gruvora Living concerning your access to and use of the gruvora.com website and any related services (the "Platform"). By accessing the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

02 Our Services

Gruvora Living provides an online marketplace that enables users ("Hosts") to publish their properties, vacation homes, event spaces, and services, and allows other users ("Guests") to discover, book, and review them.

Important: Gruvora Living does not own, control, or manage any of the properties listed. We simply facilitate the connection and transaction between Hosts and Guests.

03 User Responsibilities

As a user of our platform, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • Not use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Respect property house rules, check-in/out times, and property conditions.
  • Not harass, threaten, or abuse Hosts or other users.

04 Host Responsibilities

If you list a property on Gruvora Living, you are responsible for:

  • Ensuring you have the legal right to list and rent out the property.
  • Providing accurate photos, descriptions, and pricing.
  • Maintaining safe, clean, and habitable conditions for Guests.
  • Complying with local laws, zoning regulations, and tax requirements in Gujarat.

05 Payments & Fees

Gruvora Living may charge service fees for the use of our platform. Guests agree to pay the total fees for any booking requested. Hosts agree to pay any applicable commission or service fees deducted from their payout.

06 Cancellations

Cancellations by Guests or Hosts are governed by the specific Refund & Cancellation Policy displayed at the time of booking. Repeated cancellations by a Host may lead to account suspension.

07 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gruvora Living shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or property damage, resulting from your use of our platform or any bookings made through it.

08 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and block access to our platform if you violate these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or any applicable laws.
